To order, please follow these steps:

2. Calculate the total cost of your order. Each high resolution image is US
$100.00.
3. Chose your method of delivery: (a) Download from FTP site. (b) Receive
via mail on a CD/DVD; add US $15.00 for shipping and handling.
4. Send your order via
email. You
will receive confirmation of your order and an invoice for payment.
5. On receipt of payment, you will receive: (a) a password for downloading
or (b) CD/DVD will be posted by airmail.
